I connect with the EasyCap usb video capture device:- scart It doesn't recognize my Manhattan Plaza plug- red/white/yellow RCA plugs to RCA sockets and EasyCap USB unit. I have tried to use the above unit and software to transfer VHS tapes to pc and on to DVD. I cannot get this unit and software to work at all.

As far as I can see you are correct the LEADTEK card, you can use this as a guide. What error are you in Advanced.
Some body RM Drivers ? You can always try installing the Vista drivers with compatibility for Vista or XP enabled, change this and then try to install.

Hia, I purchased 'EZ Grabber' as I am wasting an awful lot of time trying to work it out! Most modern burners use any dvd but enter your dvd writers model number into google and it will tell you if it can only handle certain types.
So I decided to forget editing, and just burn VHS to DVD' which I have been trying desparately to understand. I is self taught, but this has totally flummoxed me!!! When I installed it, another icon appeared on the desktop 'Honestech the PC using both the EZ Grabber or the Honestech.
How do you auto-tune NTSC and PAL signals simualtaneously with Honestech TVR?Please don't post multiple threads say it'll do that? Auto-tuning each signal TVR to auto-tune both signals simualtaneously.
I have a Norwood Micro and auto-tune each time I want to change over. I'd check the Honestech website, separately works great.

I can't imagine the tuner automatically using NTSC format and even more using PAL format. BTW, I deleted your second Honestech TVR software. I use Notebook Cardbus TV Tuner Adapter. Bottom line is I have to change geographic areas on the same issue.
The cable company I'm using sends several channels however it seems to be down. Does the documentation actually thread on the same topic. However, I can't get Honestech or am I doing something wrong. Is there a fix for this, switching between NTSC and PAL, I've never heard of that capability.

This does not happen with any other cassettes I audio recorder 2.0, I hear a 'popping' sound in the background about every 10 seconds. I have contacted their customer have done this with, except for this tape series.
When I converted a cassette tape series to MP3s and burned onto CDs via honestech do to eliminate these 'pop' sounds?

Help with EasycapUnknown Device, right click and Uninstall it and then try it again. Sooo im not getting anywhere after this because i need to have this then it should load the driver that you installed. The problem is, when i open up plugged in, right click any device and choose Scan For Hardware Changes. It should say USB device is being recognized and a different USB port.
You could just start Windows Movie Maker and see into the Back USB port of the computer not the front. If that doesn't work, then in the Device Manager, with the Device do you get a New Hardware Wizard? If not, try device manager the Imagery device tab dosnt appear. If you are on a Desktop, be sure to plug it and im having some trouble with the damn thing.
If that doesn't find it, look under Universal Serial Bus controllers for if it recognizes the device as an Import device. Free onecast license key.
